Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of adamsplumbingandrepair.info, the website of Adams Plumbing and Repair. By browsing the site, calling the number shown, or sending an enquiry, you agree to what is set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is for

This site describes plumbing services work and the areas we cover, and lets you request a quote or a visit. The services described are:

Pages for individual cities and neighbourhoods explain what the service involves in that area. They are informational and do not by themselves create a booking or a contract.

Licensing and who performs the work

Requests submitted here are handled by Adams Plumbing and Repair or by a licensed local provider we work with in your area. Work is carried out only by people holding the licenses and registrations their state requires.

Licensing rules differ by state, and two of the states we serve are strict about this trade:

If a job in your area needs a license we do not hold, we tell you and refer you to someone who does rather than carrying out the work.

Quotes, pricing and availability

Any figure shown on this site is a general guide, not a fixed price. Real pricing depends on the size of the job, access, materials and the condition of the property, and is confirmed in writing after an assessment. Availability varies by area and season, and listing a location does not guarantee we can attend it on a given date.

Calls, texts and your consent

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email. This is how it works:

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it directly with you by phone or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Where a deposit or call-out fee applies, it is explained before the work is agreed. Where state law gives you a right to cancel a home-improvement contract within a set period — three business days in California, and similar protections elsewhere — that right applies regardless of anything in these terms, and the cancellation notice is included with your contract.

Your responsibilities

Information on this site

We keep the guidance on this site accurate and current, but it is general information about plumbing services — not a professional assessment of your property, and not legal, medical, insurance or structural advice. Health effects of mould and indoor air quality vary from person to person and property to property. Always get a proper inspection before acting on anything you read here, and speak to a doctor about symptoms.

Insurance claims

We can document what we find and what we do, but we do not decide claims and we cannot promise that an insurer will accept one. Coverage is between you and your insurance company.

Content and trademarks

The text, layout, images and design of adamsplumbingandrepair.info belong to Adams Plumbing and Repair or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing or copying substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party sites, such as a business profile or a mapping service. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Accessibility

We aim to keep this site usable with screen readers and keyboard navigation. If something on the site is hard to use, tell us and we will help you directly and fix the page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Adams Plumbing and Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you hold under state consumer-protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the state where the work is carried out. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are settled quickly and directly. Nothing in these terms removes your right to bring a complaint to your state's consumer protection office or licensing board.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or the services change. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
